Q: How can I place an order?

Q: I placed my order but want a different backing. Can I change that?

A: No, once an order has been placed there is no way to edit the order unfortunately.

 

Q: I have a question, who can I contact with my question?

A: Please email shopsweetlei@gmail.com or message the Sweet Lei Facebook page. Please do not message the admins or myself directly, as the message might get missed.

 

Q: When are new releases and restocks? 

A: New releases are Sundays at 9 PM EST, keep in mind they are not every Sunday. Please view the events tab to keep up to date. Restocks will be posted in the VIP Group as soon as they are available on the website.

 

Q: What is Turn Around Time?

A: Turn around time is the time it takes to package your order from the moment it’s ordered until the moment it is handed to USPS. Current TAT (turn around time) is 10 business days, Monday-Friday.

 

Q: Do you offer custom blankets?

A: Yes, however the spaces are limited for custom orders so windows will be opened periodically.

 

Q: Can I see a backing combination on a new release?

A: Yes! Just post your request in the Facebook event for that release. You can find the events at the top of the group, then click “discussion”.

 

Q: Can I wash my Lei Lei?

A: Yes, it is recommended to wash on delicate and lay flat to dry. Llama material should not be put through the dryer.
